Who are we?

We are a few guys based out of Huntington Beach, CA who have like 30 years (total) of hook-ups on the best steals anywhere. We know people on most of the big continents that get us the best steals that we can pass on to you. We are basically cutting out a few middle men to get you the steals.

What do we do?

We sell (1) steal every day. Even though we are located on the west coast, we are starting the steal 12:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time.

Because the items are a steal, the quantities are limited and when they are gone, they are gone.

Ordering

I want a steal1.com account, how do I do it?

Sign up where it says sign up and follow the instructions. Don’t give us a phony email…because that is where we send your shipping info.

How do I know how many of something is left?

Everyone beat you to the steal? On the bright side, you’re not a winner. If you don't want it, don't buy it. If you want it, buy it. If you see some sort of warning that only a few are left make your decision!

How do I pay?

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We are working on one more but we are still trying to figure it out. No COD’S or monopoly money.

What is up with shipping?

We offer free shipping on all of our items and it goes out with whatever reputable company is cheapest (UPS, FEDEX, USPS…).

I want a tracking number?

One will be sent to your email address once your steal has been shipped.

Do you ship everywhere?

No, we only ship in the continental USA because everywhere else is expensive, and we want to be the lowest price ever!

How can I sell my product on your site?

If you think you have a product that is worthy of a steal, email us at sales@steal1.com with your information, and our ninjas will decide your product’s fate.

How do I advertise on your site?

Our site is super bad awesome. Contact us at sales@steal1.com with your information. Please keep in mind that my wife is an environmentalist and we will not allow any people to advertise that are hurting our world (sorry, but I have to go home to her).

I need support?

Call my ex-wife, she is getting plenty of support (just kidding, I am happily married).

If you buy something and don’t like it, have a garage sale and get rid of some of your old junk while you’re at it. Our prices are so low that I bet you will at least break even including your shipping costs.

If you are having an issue, call the manufacturer and they can usually take care if it for you.

If you really, really, really need to send it back, within 15 days from receipt of the steal, you must email us (rma@steal1.com) with your order #, reason and item. We will send you a return authorization (RA). Unfortunately, you will have to pay the shipping yourself.
